Shipping policy

 

 1. Processing Time:

  • Regular orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Made to Order products may take additional time. Please refer to the product description for details.

2. Shipping Methods:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the selected shipping method.

3. Domestic Shipping:

  • We ship to addresses within the United States.
  • Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days.
  • Turn around time for made-to-order products will be displayed at the top of the home page and in each product description. 

4. International Shipping:

  • We do offer international shipping however only US sales taxes and shipping are calculated and any and all fees related to importing the product are customer responsibilities.
  • International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import fees. We do not cover or reimburse these charges. If you refuse to pay duties and the package is returned, shipping costs will not be refunded.

5. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order on our website or through the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Delays:

  • In rare cases where there might be shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information:

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information.
  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing the purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the delivery location is secure.

9. Returns Due to Failed Delivery Attempts:

  • If a package is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

10. Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error.
