What is The Faunary?

The Faunary is a wildlife-focused apparel brand dedicated to raising awareness for endangered and lesser-known species across the globe. Every piece features scientifically accurate embroidery and contributes to conservation causes.

Do you really donate to conservation?

Yes! A 20% of all of profits from every order is donated to accredited wildlife and conservation organizations.

How many animals do you offer?

Currently over 70 species (and counting!). Each is chosen for conservation importance, rarity, or customer request.

🎨 Design & Embroidery

Are your designs embroidered or printed?

All of our sweatshirts feature high-quality embroidery while our t-shirts are made with water based screen printing.

Can you make custom designs?

We do not do custom work but you can always leave comments on our social media @thefaunary on Instagram or TikTok with what animals you'd like to see and we might do it in the future!

👕 Products & Sizing

What sizes do you offer?

Most sweatshirts and hoodies are available in S–3XL, depending on stock.

How do your items fit?

Our sweatshirts are unisex with a relaxed, cozy fit. If you prefer an ultra oversized look, we recommend sizing up one.

Are your sweatshirts soft?

Yes! We use the gold standard of blanks and they’re made from premium cotton/poly blends designed to be soft, warm, and durable.

🚚 Shipping & Orders

How long does shipping take?

Turnaround time can always be found at the top of our page in the headers! Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days after shipment. International shipping times vary by country.

How long is processing time?

Most orders ship out in 4-6 weeks. During high-volume seasons or large restocks, processing may take slightly longer.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes! Every order includes a tracking link sent via email as soon as it ships.

My tracking says delivered but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early. Please wait 24–48 hours, check with neighbors/building staff, and then email us at hello@thefaunary.com if it still hasn’t arrived.

My package was returned to sender, what now?

This happens when the address is invalid or unforwardable. Email us at hello@thefaunary.com to update your address. You’ll only need to cover the reship fee.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet. Email us immediately at hello@thefaunary.com with your correct address.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for unused, unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, exchanges can be made for size or product changes if the item is unworn. However, customers are responsible for any shipping charges that may be incurred. 

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email us at hello@thefaunary.com with your order number and reason, and we’ll help you instantly.

How does my purchase help wildlife?

Every order contributes to conservation funding, educational outreach, and organizations protecting endangered species.

Which organizations do you support?

We partner with accredited, legitimate groups. All of the places we donate to can be seen under our donations tab! You can also directly donate to the organization through the links provided!

Why endangered species?

Millions of species face extinction. Our goal is to bring awareness to as many as possible while giving customers a meaningful way to support their favorites.

Do you work with zoos, aquariums, and museums?

Yes! We are actively expanding nationwide and currently work with multiple facilities.

Do you offer bulk pricing for organizations or events?

Yes, discounts are available for larger orders.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Our packaging uses recyclable materials and biodegradable materials. 

Are your sweatshirts ethically sourced?

Yes. All suppliers are vetted for ethical manufacturing, fair labor practices, and quality standards.
