📦 Where We Ship

At this time, we are only able to ship orders within the United States and Canada.

🌍 Why Not International?

We know many of you around the world love wildlife and want to support our mission. In the past, we were proud to ship worldwide so anyone could join our conservation community. But with the current duties, taxes, customs regulations, and rising international shipping costs, it has become unrealistic and unfair to our customers.

We’ve seen too many orders delayed, overcharged, or hit with surprise fees that were often higher than the product itself. Combined with new global regulations and the state of international logistics, continuing to ship worldwide just isn’t sustainable right now.

To keep our prices fair and transparent and to avoid saddling customers with surprise fees at delivery we’ve chosen to limit shipping to the U.S. and Canada for now. 

This isn’t a permanent decision. We’re working on solutions that would allow us to reopen international shipping in a fair and affordable way. Our hope is to welcome back global orders as soon as we can ensure a smooth, transparent, and cost-effective experience.
